My son has CP. As a newborn, he seemed ok, but his eyes didn't straighten out, then he wasn't sitting up at 9 months so we took him to a specialist and CP was the diagnosis. He was also always on his toes, even as a very young baby. Aside from his braces and his gait, he is pretty normal. He's smart but a "little" stubborn. He gets along well in 3rd grade as long as he does his work. Think positive and get whatever therapy your child needs. Early intervention is extremely important!
