Hello! I as well have a blood clotting disorder which was discovered after a DVT. My hematologist did extensive genetic testing to fing the probable cause. The tests were as follows: Protein-C,S, antithrombin 3, lupus anticoagulation, anticardiolipen antibodies, Russell venom vipor time, plasma homocystine, Factor V Lieden and Prothrombin polymorphism. Don't ask me what all of this means, I just have my medical records right in front of me at the moment. Good Luck! Joan
