It is a cr__p shoot if you get the tumor again. From what I read, 45% of the people who have pvns, get it again. There doesn't seem to be any way to tell. From what I gather from my reading, the surgery has to be agressive the first time for if the doctor leaves any behind it can regrow. Mine was growing on an artery and could not be totally removed the first time. Now I am one of those people who has to under surgery again.
