I also have sleep apnea caused from excessive weight gain (65 pounds) and from recently acquired asthma. I use a C-PAP machine whenever I sleep. I don't mind it at all. Surgery is not indicated in my case. If you have sleep apna it is very important to get it looked into with a sleep study. I wans't sleeping for a year and did not know it. I was always tired. The difference in sleeping is incredible!
