I had insomnia last year. It lasted for about 8 months... I was only getting about 2-3 hours of sleep every night. I was taking sleeping pills... but this is only a temporary solution. You need to get to the real root of the problem. I found mine.... I had gone through a breakup. I had no idea this could cause me such a physical breakdown in my health... especially since I had never had any signs of depression before. So, my advice is to get down to the real problem and focus on that. I am sleeping better than ever now. Good luck!
