I have had 3 episodes of iritis over the years, twice in one eye, once in the other. My opthamologist put me on the following: Pred Forte 1% - one drop every 2 hrs. while awake Cyclogyl Solution 1% - one drop three times a day Tobradex Ointment - apply at bedtime This cleared up the problem, and I haven't had a recurrence in over 3 years.
