My friend's husband had two cases of iritis in a matter of a month or two. The eye dr said that this is very rare to happen twice so close, and she did several tests on him and discovered a genitic disease (I'm sorry, I can't remember the name - email me and I'll email you back with the name of it). It has something to do with his back, as he has had back problems for a long time as well. I believe the disease is degenerative, and there is no cure.
