                        there is research being done right now on the benefits of taking omega 3 fish oils in add  it has been shown to help with depression and bipolar - but there seems to be some evidence that it helps with add also  it is a necessary part of the diet anyway and most people do not get nearly enough  you could try it - there is no harm that come from it - and it might just help with the add symptoms
