Anyone in this boat? My dad cannot go on anitcoagulation therapy for carotid obstruction, as then he'll bleed too much during phlebotomies. Seems he has less options. 80% carotid obstruction but asympomatic--found by accident. No symptoms, doesn't want surgical endarterectomy, but anticoagulation therapy as conservative approach may complicate phlebotomies! Input appreciated.
