Jenny: I have mvp also. the symptoms you have you may have to live with, but there is medications to help with them. ask your doctor about toprol xl that is what i am taking. it helps to slow your heart rate down, and lower your blood pressure. i had every symptom that mvp patients can have including the ones you have. my medicine helped me alot. i had to go to the doctor last week because my symptoms came back, i had a cold that turned in to pneumonia. so i had to be put on antibiotics, but now am feeling much better. if you can't get help from your docotr, find another one. good luck stacy
