Beth, I too have been suffering from an endometriomal cyst right behind my left ovary. I had a laparoscopy done after Thanksgiving & had improvement until I menstruated. Two months later, the pain is unbearable. I am now under the care of a pain clinic. I would like to hear more about your blood cyst and what treatments you have persued.
