i wish there was...i went thru it due to medicine i had to take and everything got soaked...sheets, mattress, pillows, i'd wake up and have to change the sheets, take a shower and start my night all over again...i can only suggest lower the fluids but i dont know if this is good for you....i guess its' the reverse of when we started and the hormone levels just need time to adjust again....try a thick towel under neath to absorb too that might help too..and powder it up...maybe a small fan if you dont have sinus....i also have found if i keep warm and uncover my feet i don't sweat as much either....God speed...be well...
