Mary Jo, I can understand your pain in around about way. My husband has had Ankylosing Spondylitis for 30 years. I know he is in pain, but as hard as it may be, he stays as active as he can. I have been diagnosed with Rhuematoid Arthritis and I am learning a lot from him. He is on all kinds of medicines, but he has learned to tolerate his disease. I know it is hard, but he tells me that he had to learn to push himself as hard as he could. I pray for all the people suffering from chronic pain. Hang in there Mary Jo.
