Kerr, sorry to hear your problem. I allergic to garlic. You need to find an allergist doctor. However, food testing is not perfect. You should be carring on your person an epi pen. This is what people that have beesting allergy use as well as all other food allergies that are life theatening to you. If your throat starts to close from swelling then you give yourself this shot right thru your clothing in upper thigh. They are suppose to come out with a new allergy shot here in the USA know as the I.G.E. in the nest yr. or so. Testing on it so far is very promisming no matter what you are allergic to you won"t have a reaction. Wouldn't that be great. I understand that a person will only have to take two shots a year.
