Hi there. I have recently been cured of h.pylori. Dr's think I had it for about ten years (I'm 22) I know it can come back, but it all depends on whether or not you eat/drink anything contaminated with the bacteria. Bad luck I guess. I went on the triple antibiotic therapy and got very sick. I know have irritable bowel syndrome as a result of the horribly strong antibiotics. I feel for anyone who has to go through that again. It knocked me out. (I'm a little person, so it really affected me).
