Dear Anne, I am 30 yrs. old & for about 4 mo. now I have been fighting red blotchy arms, mainly under the short sleeve line. At first I thought it might be a change of soap, but it comes & goes & thats the only place I have it. I am a preschool gymnastic coach & around Fifth's (5 cases since Sept. 1), could I possably have this? I could be over acting & have a reaction to something, but it just keeps coming & going. Thanks so much for any reply.
