Kathryn, I to have Fibromyalgia and sleep apnea. I have had sleep studies and they recommed that I get a CPAP which is pressured air. I found out that Fibromyalgia does cause sleep disorder which in turn does donot produce enough oxgen to the muscles which in turn produces the muscles to have more pain, which in turn you are more fatigue. I am on muscles relex and antiinflamortory medicine. The doctors claim once iam on this CPAP Which wont be until April 0f this year, I should start feeling better. Please donot feel bad It took me 6 months to convince my doctors that something was wrong. I hope I have helped you in some way.
