Iam having some of the same problems.I am in the process of a diagnosis.I have decided from my researce I will go to a doctor for a diagnosis but I will seek treatment from alternative approach.During my research the aproach to alternative healing makes more since.Especially when you read about autoimmune diseases being so gloom and doom,I feel like with an alternative approach I can beat this.I'm not saying I will never need medication but if I am lucky I may not.
