I too have been foghting pain in both thighs for 2 yesrs now, after many docs and much medicine, The diagnosis was fibromyalgia. I am 47 and cannot stand or walk for a long time without crying of pain! Just recently I tried a new doc who tested my iron and YES, it was way too high. I have more tests ordered and I am hoping that treatment for Hemochromatosis is what will help me feel better. I did read that it does not help the joint pain. Mt advice to anyone foghting pain- Keep searching for answers- there may be an underlying problem like this disease that is there and not found and could be fatal!! Linda
