There have been very few cases of warts spreading to the mouth or the hands. That is probably the worsed case of them and most infectous type of wart. Obviously, don't perform oral sex when you see the warts. Generally the virus infest through skin to skin contact which usually means intercourse. The warts only infect the gential area.
