hi there. not sure how much this will help, because i can't remember where i saw them. but i have seen long handled spongy or cloth applicators made for putting lotion on your back (for easy reaching). you could try to find one of those and put the medication on it. i would look at sharper image type stores and maybe sally hanson/walter drake catalogs. if i see one again, i will let you know. erin
