Symptoms for Menieres are basically the same as those for an Acoustic Neuroma tumor. Watch it very carefully, if episodes become more frequent or vomiting repeatedly occurs. I was very ill for 2-1/2 yrs, and repeatedly went to the doctor until a severe episode landed me in the emergency room, with dangerously low potassium levels from vomiting all time brought on by the vertigo episodes. Only then did I go to ENT (ear,nose,throat doctor) who ordered an MRI immediately which revealed the tumor.
