I experienced a service connected injury(Brain concussion and Skull fracture) while in the military, July 1957. I began losing vision July 1995, and currently legally blind in the right eye (20/200). Last year, I discovered findings by a doctor in New York stating such an injury may be the cause of a macular pucker. I pursued the matter and since received letters from four additional doctors agreeing. It is not enough....I must provide evidence which demonstrates a plausible relationship between macular pucker, right eye and fracture, left zygomatic arch with associated concussion before the injury can be considered. I would appreciate anyone's input how I may satisfy the requirement. Thank you, Robert.
