AML
I had core decompression done in both hips and had both hip replaced 1 and two years later. I personally thought that the core decompression was a waste of time considereing the amount of bone damage in my left hip. I had both core decompressions done in 1997 and the left hip replaced in 1998, right in 1999. I still have some pain (June,2000)but it mainly comes at the end of the day. A little rest and an occasional Motrin usually help.
