                        Is he drinking enough fluids?  1-2 tsp. of apple cider with water first thing in morning and with meals.  Eating mostly whole grains, raw vegetables, fruits, bran prunes and yogurt may help.  Have you been to a herbalist or a chiropractor?  I hope that this helps and that your son otherwise feels ok.
