Leigh, I just read your message. I too have severe low back pain. My back pain is worse on the L. side, and the left leg is much worse also. I take 250 or 300 mg. of Utlram and 1 Mirapex at 9 p.m. I was put on the Ultram for the back pain, and it helped the RLS more than the Sinement, Klonopin, etc. my spine is in bad condition with degenerative disc, facets, spondylostenosis, bulging disc, etc. I am scheduled for 3 Caudal Steroid Epidural injections at OSU. I don't know what effect it will have on the RLS, but hopefully will help the severe pain. Hope you have found help since you last wrote. Lou
