It doesn't sound like insomnia to me... It sounds like this is the time your habitual body clock is set to. If you are getting ten hours sleep - you're getting well and trully enough. I have heard that Melatonin helps adjust the body clock and can also come in homeopathic form. Good luck and don't worry.
