My daughter is just 7 tears old and has acm 1. We have been to two doctors in Chicago, both with different outlooks. One says to have surgery now while she is young, and the other says if its not broke dont fix it. My daughter is perfectly normal. She has no Chiari symptoms. We do not know what to do ourselves. I guess I am almost for it, but my husband is not. Neither of us is right or wrong at this point. I wish I could be of more help. Please let me know if your daughter has any other symptoms or how you found this. I could use some help too!!
