I am very interesting in learning about "washing" my sinues out. I noticed that the ringing began very shortly after several bouts of small sinus infections. Maybe this will work for me. I know since reading the 47 posted messages, I have learned quite a bit already. Thanks to you all for sharing what remedies are working for you. I think my first step will be to get some vitamins and to get a hearing exam. ( I know the lidocaine injections would be MY very last resort! YIKES!) Good luck to everyone and keep the suggestions coming! I'll be checking back some!
