Hi Sheryl, My son in law drinks hot water with his meals and he has found that that has helped him immensley, also he read that book "the eat right diet" which explains a lot about different blood tyes, it is not actually a diet to loose weight, it just explains which foods are more beneficial for each different blood type. For example, he is a type "A" and so should try and not eat meat and potatoes for example. Maybe you too could try and read it, it is by Dr. Peter D'Adamo and I'm sure you could borrow it from your local library. I really do wish you well and look forward to hearing from you again telling me that you are feeling much better. Give it a try, it can't hurt really. Regards Marina
