YES, diseases can lay dormant in your body. And, if you have Herpes and you have been married for 3 years, your husband also has it. No, he doesn't have to have visible signs of the disease. He could be what doctors call "a carrier." OR, you could have been "a carrier," before you married. BOTH of you should be under a doctor's care. And, be careful who else you touch.
