                        With that kind of a jolt, you could have "pulled muscles" in every part of your body.  Take a lot of hot baths, get some massages, use a whirlpool tub, Tylenol, etc.   If things aren't better in a week, go see if anything is broken or you have any hairline cracks.   Also, a Chiropractor or Massage Therapist might get you feeling better faster.
