Hi, I have to disagree strongly with you. I have read at least 20 books in the last 2 years and most of them say that the elimination of sugar does not work. I tried that myself with my daughter 20 years ago when that theory was popular. Even Dr. Finegold who was the big push behind that agreed in the end that it really only helped a very small percentage of people with ADD, mostly little boys. ADD is very hard to treat. My daughter is 28 now and she can't tolerate any stimulant drugs either. She lives in a big city now and I urged her to go to a university hospital where they do research on ADD. She is very difficult to get along with but is manageing to hold on to a job for now. You just have to keep on trying things and keep loveing and praying for these troubled people.
