I had cronic sinus infections for years. A Chinese doctor moved into the neighborhood. He started doing accupressure on my sinus'. In the beginning, every week for a few weeks. And then once every few months. For the 6-7 years that I went to him, I never had 1 sinus infection. Prior to that I had at least 2-3 a year. I moved away. After about 2 yrs of not going to him, the sinus infections are starting to come back regularly. Time to look for another Chinese doctor. It was wonderful to go 6-7 years with no sinus infections. The headaches went from 3-4 days a week to 1-2 a month and they were very mild. Worth a try.
