There are cases where the baby can get it in the thoart, but I think that is rare. It is more likely that the warts will make the delievery more difficult depending on the high/low risk of the warts. If you have the kind that are very small then you may not have a problem. In some cases, with warts that grow larger they can obstruct the passing of the baby. Because, it is rare that the HPV ever develops on the hands or in the throat then chances are it would affect the baby.
