Has anyone with AS experienced pain in the bottom of your heel? This started 6 weeks ago and is most severe first thing in the morning when I get out of bed. I am a 52 year old woman with a mild case. I can usually keep the back pain under control by taking a brisk morning walk of 30 minutes duration. We moved to SW Florida from southern Calif. a year and a half ago and I am convinced that the summertime humidity here aggrevates this illness. Any help regarding the heel pain would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Kathy
