I have suffered from this condition for about 8 years. Nothing Dr. recommended worked at all. I don't know what causes it but I do know that I was a very pale face person when I was young and tend to blush very easily. On my own, however, the following works for me: 1. To the red inflamed and/or itchy areas, take a q tip and dip it into Hydrogen Peroxide and knock it very hard again and again on the spots. It will initially get more inflamed but the itching will stop immediately. It's best to do this at night just before retiring and after a good nights sleep, it should be much less severe. If I do this for just 2 nights, the eruption will heal up completely in no time. 2. I recently found out about Melazepam available from Ecological Formulas without a perscription. I have used it for only 2 weeks, but my face is now much less inflamed, but I want to take it for about 2 1/2 months longer to see if I can tolerate it and then decide if I want to continue it or fully recommend it to others. Does anyone else have any home remedies to recommend?
