                        Shawn. Regarding chest pain you have  I would suggest first of all that you  give up smoking and drinking.  They are  harmful and destroy.  DIET is very important if we are to be healthful and  help ourselves eliminate illness.  Try  fruits, vegetables, nuts and grains and  as much in the raw state as possible.  Get plenty of exercise, sunshine and  rest but most important, don't consume  alcohol or take into your body the  hazards of smoking.  Good diet and life  style will help.
