I would push your doctor to begin treatment to reverse cell changes. I had dysplasia, so I researched it and found out that it takes a while to develope into cancer, so I wasn't worried. But then my dysplasia went from very mild to severe in a couple months and if I hadn't had treated it right away who knows if I would've gotten cancer in the next couple months! I had it freezed and it's going alright so far.
