Sue yes I just experienced this last week on saturday 11, November 2000 in New Hapshire, I was traveling but the uncomfortable feeling had been there for a while. I woke at 1:00 am with this awful pain that I could'nt shake so I went to the hospital and they performed test thinking it was my appendix but they did a ultra sound and found the my ovary had a cyst the size of a baseball and after laporascopic Surgery they found it had ruptured. The Dr. had to create another incision at the bikini line very small to go in and drain some of the liquid becaus I had lost alot of blood from the ruture also to remove lesions from the left ovary do not play with the pain because it will only get worst dont let them tell you to come back later if the pain continues because any pain or discomfort is a sigh of something wrong now that the procedure has been performed I feel so much better, and yes there is pressure but no pain and the Dr. said it will go away with time they also provided me with pictures of the ruptured cyst. Hope you follow up because the pain is horrible good luck.
