My mother has had TOS for about 20 years she has had 3 surgerys that she has gone in for to try to relieve her pain over the years she we in and about 5 hrs later we were on our way home. They tell her there is one nerve doing this if they could just find it she wouldnt hurt anymore but that means exploratory surgery which she is not up to yet. Hope this help you and good luck
