I have a 30 year old nephew who was diagnosed with cerebral palsy. I don't agree that we should take one diagnosis. Could anyone explain to me if there is a progressive type of CP that didn't start manifesting until he was about 15 years old with a stiffer walk and not it is like his knees lock and his hands are beginnning to tremble. He has a Master's Degree and is intelligent but also having trouble adjusting. He lives in San Antonio, Tx. but I live in Florida and just want to help. So HELP! Thanks
