I have had SLE, Rynaud's, and Sjogrens for 9 years. I am on total disability and have had just about every ache and pain you can get. For the last 5 weeks I have been wearing my arm in a sling because I have such severe pain in the middle of my upper arm. My doctor says it is tendons and muscles from the Lupus. I have never had this before, I want to find out if anyone out there has had this and what else I can possibly do to speed up recovery. I am taking anti-inflamatories, increased prednisone and a lot of heat. Thank you, Vicki
