you have to request to be tested for chlamydia it is not done inless you want it done. i got P.I.D. from chlamydia . i would have never known about the chlamydia if i didnt have the p.i.d. Chlamydia is a silent S.T.D. you may never have simptoms. any infection that is in the vagina can possibly cause p.i.d. if you have one for a long time then things change in the body.
