Sir/Ma'am, i am cesar paul lagunilla, 24 years of age, from the philippines and presently working at sky internet inc., one of the ISP here in the philippines. i tried to do some research on the web regarding Congenital Heart Disease problem, because unfortunately my older brother have this kind of heart ailment, and im hoping that you can help us out. He (my bro) had an heart attack last january 15,2001, he is already 26 years old,confined at the local hospital here at baguio city but already discharged and he is now having a full/complete bed rest at home. the attending doctor of my bro referred us to the philippine heart center for further diagnostic and FOR OPERATION. these are the following conclusion: CONGENITAL HEART DISEASE Large ATRIAL SEPTAL DEFFECT, ostium primun Large VENTRICULAR SEPTAL DEFFECT Above findings consistent with ENDOCARDIAL CUSHION DEFECT,complete Mitral Regurgitation, severe Tricuspid Regurgitation, mild Moderate to severe Pulmonary Hypertension Dilated right ventricle with signs fo pressure and volume overload Dilated Left and right atria, and main pulmonary artery Normal Left ventricular dimension with good contractility and adequate systolic function i dont know anything about any medical terms stated above, but im definitely sure that it is somehow complicated. sir/ma'am- we are badly emotionaly desperate and financially broke and i think we cannot cater for such amount for the operation,, can you please help us reagrding this matter, or if not can you refer us to some organization wherein they cater/ help family like us.
