Surgery to repair ruptured disc L-4 & L-5, Degenerative disc disease, Scoliosis, root nerve damage S-1 & S-2. P.T. for "mia fasia release" of the muscles in the spine, arthritis. Have had cortisone injections into L-4,L-5, S-1 &S-2, all kinds of physical and occupational therapy, traction, etc. help!
