I have had the above symptoms for over a year now. I had 2 relatively severe sinus infections in the last 6 months along with a nasty ear infection too. I finally went to see an ENT and found out that I had a deviated nasal septum and something? is wrong with my maxillary sinus. He said I may need surgery, but we both decided to try meds first. Nasonex was first ... I think it made me sick. Now I'm using Flonase ... it's a little better, but the problem is still there ... I CAN FEEL IT. I'm frustrated because I think we are just trying to cover up the pain. If I do end up having the FESS (functional endoscopic sinus surgery) could anyone tell me what to expect.
