As far back as I can remember my choleresterol and triglyceride counts have been out of the norm range. My good cholesterol never got above 25; and my total never below 190 or higher than 130. My triglycerides have always been above 300. This was during a period in my life that I was very health conscience by watching what I would eat and would exercise daily(I would run an average of 5-6 miles daily). I came down with a neurological condition which made itimpossible for me to exercise as much. I read an article about Cheereo cerael and Take Control butter. I would eat a large bowl am and pm. On the last lab report my good cholesterol(hdl) the count was 35; bad(ldl) was 104; total chol was 172; trig were 149. This worked for me even though I have gained 40 some odd pounds. The report I receive says the normal ranges are: Chol: 120-200; Tri: 40-160
