I feel for you. I continually walk around with some sort of sinus/ear problems, but mine are allergy related and with medication, are controllable. Has anyone suggested that to you? About 15 years ago, I had tremendous problems where I would have such terrible pain in my cheekbones and my teeth would actually feel numb. I would also experience vertigo as a result of having the sinuses back up into the ear canal. The doctors at first made me feel like it was "all in my head." They exhausted every other possibility, including a brain stem problem, and finally, reluctantly, were agreeable to some allergy testing at my insistance. Untreated allergies will leave you feeling miserable (worse than the flu!). If your doctor is telling you you don't have sinusitis, I would find a good allergist and see what his diagnosis is.
