                        Yes!  I completely understand your situation.  My mother also began that over 16 years ago.  My initial suggestion is to keep a journal of her behavior/disorientation.  This will help you see if there is any unusual change, frequency or just an occasional attack.  If she's very involved, busy with several things (civic duties, clubs) can be a good reason she is this way.  This is what the doctors told us about my mother.  It became much worse over the years.  She is now in a home.  She no longer feeds herself, dresses herself or talks.  Please keep record of troubled times and consult a family doctor. Above all, Pray!  Good luck and God bless!
